Andy is a lifelong resident of Whatcom County. His family immigrated to the United States from the Basque Country early in the 20th century. Andy has a M.A in Environmental Studies from WWU. He loves to read, ride bikes, and play in the mountains. Andy’s favorite foods are beans and yams. Some day in the future Andy hopes the world will feel more like a community than a competition.
