You might remember that David and Victoria Beckham went viral last year for a seriously funny moment from the Beckham docuseries on Netflix.
Not only did this scene go viral when it aired last year, it also became a running gag between the couple on social media.
And in a new interview with Nicole Kidman for Vogue Australia, Victoria has doubled down on her claim that her family was working class as she tried to explain why having a Rolls-Royce wasn’t an accurate reflection of their wealth.
While David may disagree with his wife’s latest comments, Victoria went on to say that they are possibly more in love now than they were when they first met in 1997 — and much of this is down to the way that they are able to laugh together.
Elsewhere in the interview, Victoria and Nicole bonded over sacrificing their social lives for parenthood. For context, Victoria and David are mom and dad to 25-year-old Brooklyn, 21-year-old Romeo, 19-year-old Cruz, and 13-year-old Harper.
Meanwhile, Nicole shares 16-year-old Sunday and 13-year-old Faith with her husband, Keith Urban. She previously adopted two children with Tom Cruise, 31-year-old Isabella, and 29-year-old Connor, who she has an incredibly strained relationship with.
